How do I cancel my subscription?

You'll need to cancel your subscription on the same platform you subscribed on. Follow the instructions below for each platform (iOS, Android, and Web).

 Web (Roomiapp.com)

  • Go to roomiapp.com and sign in > tap the profile icon > Plans > Active Plans > Manage plan icon > Under Current plan > Click ‘Cancel Plan’

iOS


    Open the Settings app on your iPhone > Click on your name > Subscriptions > Find the active Roomi subscription

Android


    Open your PlayStore app > tap the Profile icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Find the active Roomi subscription

   



Things to know

  • Deleting the Roomi app from your phone won’t cancel your recurring plan. 
  • Subscription plans must be canceled on the platform you made the purchase.
  • If you cancel your auto-renewal plan in between billing cycles, you'll still be able to use your plan for the days you paid for.
  • No refunds are offered for auto-renew plans that were not canceled before the billing cycle.
