For personal users, Roomi offers the "Safety Bundle" as part of their subscription plan. 

This includes several benefits such as:

• Unlimited messaging with potential roommates: Users can communicate freely and extensively with potential roommates to find the best match.
• 5 active listings: Users can post up to five empty rooms in their apartment simultaneously, increasing their chances of finding suitable roommates.
• Ranking boost: Users' profiles and listings receive a 7x boost in visibility, resulting in increased exposure and more views.
• Verification: Users can go through the verification process to establish trust and credibility among potential roommates.
  
  
  Other available purchases for personal users:
  
  Listing Boost Credits - allow users to super-boost their listing for 24 hours. They are available for purchase in quantities of 1, 3, and 7 credits.
  
  Profile Boost Credits-  allow users to push their profile to the top of the search page in their area for 3 hours. They are available for purchase in quantities of 1, 3, and 7 credits. Once applied, your profile will be boosted for 3 hours at a time.
  
  
  If you are a business user: Roomi offers two subscription plans:
  
           Solo Agent plan: This plan provides the following features
  • Direct messaging with up to 10 tenants per day, bypassing the need for them to reply to a listing.
  • A Verified Partner badge, which enhances credibility and attracts 5x more leads. Users need to verify their ID to obtain this badge.
  • 10 active listings, allowing users to advertise and fill up to 10 places simultaneously.
    
    Business Unlimited plan: This plan includes all the benefits of the Solo Agent plan, with additional features
    
    
    
  • Unlimited listings: Users can post an unlimited number of listings to maximize their reach and potential tenant pool.
  • Unlimited tenant messages per day: Users can engage in unlimited direct messaging with tenants to streamline the renting process.
