It is important to note that failure to complete this information may result in the deactivation of your business profile and listings.
Roomi offers two subscription plans for business users: Solo Agent and Business Unlimited.
Solo Agent:
- Allows you to directly message up to 10 tenants per day, even if they haven't replied to a listing.
- Lets you have up to 10 active listings at a time, enabling you to fill up to 10 places simultaneously.
Business Unlimited:
- Includes all the benefits of the Solo Agent plan.
- Upgrades your listing capacity from 10 to unlimited listings.
- Upgrades your daily tenant message limit from 10 to unlimited messages.
If your account is set up as a business user but you are not actually a business user, please contact Roomi so they can update your account settings accordingly.
