Refunds are only available within the first 24 hours after a purchase is made. After 24 hours of purchase, no refunds or prorated costs are available. You can only cancel your plan if you have not completed the identity verification.  No refunds will be issued for incomplete Identity verifications. Failure to submit your ID card after purchasing any plans on any of Roomi's platforms does not constitute a reason for either cancelation or refund.


To make sure you don't get charged for a future payment, cancel your auto-renewal plan at least 24 hours before the end of your billing cycle. Auto-renewal plans that are not canceled 24 hours prior to the billing date do not qualify for a refund.  Auto-renewal plans must be canceled on the platform you made the purchase.



App Store purchases: We do not have the ability to cancel and issue refunds for purchases placed via Apple. Please reach out to Apple support for refund requests. 


Google Play purchase: You can request a cancelation and refund of your plan within 48 hours from the purchase date directly from Google support. It will be Google's decision to approve or deny your refund request.


Web purchases: For purchases placed via our website roomiapp.com, you can request a refund within 24 hours after the purchase if you have not submitted your ID for verification.


Things to Note:

  •  If you cancel your auto-renewal plan in between billing cycles, you'll still be able to use your plan for the days you paid for. Deleting or deactivating your account does not cancel your auto-renewal plan. 
  • Purchasing a plan does not guarantee fully-verified status unless your Identity Card has been verified and approved by third-party providers.
