We offer two verification methods: Verify ID + Selfie and Verify ID Number. You can choose the method that suits you based on the available resources during the verification process. You do not need to complete both verification methods in order to be verified. Completing one is sufficient.
Verify ID + Selfie - This method involves verifying the authenticity of your government-issued identity document. Additionally, you need to take a selfie to ensure that the face in the picture matches the person in the ID document. This method requires a smartphone to complete the verification.
Verify ID Number (for US-based users only) - If you are unable to provide a photo of your actual ID, you can choose this option. Instead of uploading an image, you will need to submit your DOB and SSN from your ID for verification. This method can be completed using either a desktop or a smartphone.
