Basic Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing any technical issues on Roomi please follow the basic troubleshooting steps:

Mobile app for Android or iOS: 

1:  Close the app completely and open it again
2: Retry the action you were trying to complete before getting an error message
3: If steps number 1 and 2 do not work please log out of the app and log back in, if you are still unable to use Roomi, please uninstall the app and download it again. 
4: If you are still experiencing issues please email us at hello@roomiapp.com with a photo of the error message you are getting or a screen recording of the issue so we can better understand. 

Web:

1: Clean cache and cookies then retry accessing roomiapp.com
2: If step 1 does not work please use a different browser and if you are still not able to use Roomi please use incognito. 
3: If you are still experiencing issues please email us at hello@roomiapp.com with a photo of the error message you are getting or a screen recording of the issue so we can better understand.
