Please note that you may only cancel an Online Booking Invite or request if it has not been accepted. The service fee is non-refundable if you cancel a booking request after it has already been accepted by the Lister. Please contact us for assistance if you are looking to cancel a booking that has already been accepted.

  • Login to your Roomi account from our homepage
  • Click Bookings from the menu in the top right corner
  • Click Cancel Request



iOS

You must be in Mover Mode to view your Online Booking requests


  • Tap Bookings from the menu at the bottom
  • Tap the Sent tab
  • Tap Cancel

  • Tap Bookings
  • Tap the Sent tab
