How to reset your GlobaliD Password

The following steps are for users who have connected their accounts to GlobaliD or signed up using GlobaliD. If you're not currently using GlobaliD to log in, reach out to Customer Support at hello@roomiapp.com to get help retrieving your password.


Here's what to do when you've forgotten your password for GlobaliD.


Step 1: Click here to get to our login screen.

Step 2: Enter your GlobaliD name. Then click "Continue"




Step 3: Click on Forgot your Password.


Step 4: Enter your GlobaliD Name again to recover your password.



Step 5: Click Continue


Step 6: Enter the phone number you verified with GlobaliD and click continue.


Step 7: Enter the verification code sent to your phone. Do not share this code with anyone. Roomi will never ask you for the code.



Step 8: Once you enter the verification code, you can create a new password.

Step 9: Log into Roomi using your GlobaliD name and new password!
