I subscribed to a plan but it isn't working

If you are subscribed to a plan (through iOS ) and you uninstalled the app or switch devices, you'll need to restore your purchase.
Here's how to do it:
- Click on your profile photo
- Tap the Safety Bundle, Solo Agent, or Business Unlimited banner (depending on what you subscribed to)
