If you are subscribed to a plan (through iOS or Android) and you uninstalled the app or switched devices, you'll need to restore your purchase.
Here's how to do it:
- Click on your profile photo
- Tap the Roomi Gold, Solo Agent, or Business Unlimited banner (depending on what you subscribed to)
- Tap "Restore Purchases" all the way at the bottom of your screen. (Hint: It's in tiny blue font near our Terms of Service and Privacy policy.) If this doesn't work, reach out to hello@roomiapp.com and we'll help you right away.
